Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Squidy CLI or accessing squidy.run, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
2. License
Squidy is open source software distributed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify and distribute the software, provided you retain the original copyright notice. See the LICENSE file in the repository for the full terms.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Squidy to:
- ✓Manage context and governance for personal or commercial projects
- ✓Integrate with any LLM (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, Cursor, etc.)
- ✓Modify and contribute improvements to the project
- ✓Distribute modified versions under the same license
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Squidy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the tool.
5. Intellectual Property
The name “Squidy”, the 🦑 logo and the website content are the property of the project authors. The source code is in the public domain under the MIT license. Contributions to the repository are accepted under the same terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
